Shipping policy

At RydRoad, we want your car accessories to reach you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders within Spain and the rest of the European Union.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within [1–2 business days]</span> after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Spain 1-2 business days
  • European Union / UK 5-7 business days

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress. If you have not received tracking information within 1 day of placing your order, please contact us at hello@tdbhouse.com.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (EU Orders)

As a business established in Spain, orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or import charges, as they move freely within the EU single market. All prices displayed on our Site already include applicable VAT for EU customers, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. Shipping Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, extreme weather, strikes, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience in these situations and will do our best to keep you informed.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@tdbhouse.com within <span style="color:red">[X days]</span> of the estimated delivery date, including your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item or packaging. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement, refund, or other solution as appropriate.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. RydRoad is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@tdbhouse.com so we can try to update it before dispatch.
